DOS HOSTS MEETING OF STATE FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING CODE COUNCIL

ALBANY-The New York Department of State will host a public meeting of the STATE FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING CODE COUNCIL on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place using videoconferencing at various locations. The public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the locations.

The State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council is convening to discuss requests for More Restrictive Local Standards (MRLS). The Council will also hear reports on the status of the review for new State Energy and Uniform Codes.
