DOS Holds State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council Public Meeting
The Council will discuss Code Change Adoptions

ALBANY - The New York Department of State will hold a public meeting of the State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council on Wednesday, December 5th, 10:00 a.m. at the Department of State, 99 Washington Avenue in Albany, 123 William Street in NYC, and 65 Court Street in Buffalo. The meeting will be held via videoconferencing.

The Department’s Fire Prevention and Building Code Council will convene to consider changes to the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and the commercial requirements of the Energy Conservation Construction Code. The public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the following locations.
